Every Pro in Your Pocket client goes through The Deep Dive, a 90 to 120 minute virtual consultation where we get the full picture of your dog's history, behavior, and needs.

I can not give you meaningful, personalized support without understanding your dog's full history first. The Deep Dive is where we build the foundation that makes everything else actually work. If we move forward, your Deep Dive fee is applied to your first month.
Yes. If your needs change, we can discuss adjusting your tier. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
I aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. This is not a crisis line, but I do my best to get back to you promptly when questions come up in real time.
Full tier sessions carry over one month. Sessions that go unused beyond that do not roll over further and are not refunded.
Send written notice at least 15 days before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
